Chart 10 clearly illustrates the opinion that standardization has a positive impact on
Slovenian companies, regardless of their positioning within the value chain. However,
the companies agree more with the claim that, within the value chain, standardiza-
tion brings more benefits to larger enterprises. Statistically significant differences
between the groups are manifested in perception of the claim that standardization
brings proportional benefits to all companies within the value chain (Kurskal-Wallis
H Test, P=0.029, N=186), with the larger enterprises agreeing more strongly with the
claim than the smaller ones. Here the Mann-Whitney U Test confirms statistically
significant differences between small and large enterprises (P=0.003, N=102).
